It took 1st Place at the 2004 and 2nd in 2006 American Cheese Society Competition and Best of Class & Overall Second Runner-Up out of 1,000 entries in the 2005 U.S. Championship Cheese Contest. All pricing per pound. We also cut smaller amounts of most cheeses, for an upcharge of $4.00 per wheel, minimum order is 3 lbs. Some cheeses may not be suitable for cutting.
