This is an outstanding homemade tomato jam from Obidos. Made by hand with fresh tomatoes, a bit of sugar, lemon and a touch of cinnamon to create a jam that is just sweet enough. Often paired with young, fresh cheeses. It has a wonderful aromatic flavor.
