Forest Blend is an earthy, yet savory combination of Shiitake, Porcini, Oyster, Bolete, Wood Ear and Sliced Shiitake. A smaller amount of Dried is needed in recipes since the flavor is much more concentrated than fresh varieties. They can be stored for long periods of time without spoiling.
