Price per Pound. A seasonal cheese made with milk from pasteurized Wisconsin sheep. It is white in color and its flavor is mellow, complex and sweet. This cheese placed 2nd in its class at the 2005 American Cheese Society and it won a Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards London 2006.
