Jalapeno Chile (Capsicum Annuum) powder (35 mesh) is made from grinding whole jalapenos, seeds and pod both. The Jalapeno Powder is 100 pure to provide an authentic flavor. This whole Jalapeno is about 2 to 3 inches long and 1-1/2 wide and bright to dull green in color. This is a thick fleshed pepper with a hot green vegetable flavor and the most widely used chile pepper in the United States. On a scale of 1 to 10, a Jalapeno would be about a 6.5.
