This outstanding farmstead cheese is sourced exclusively from Brooks Farm's own cows. A dream that started in 2020, a dedicated portion of their farm's milk is used to craft aged white cheddars. Their one-year aged white cheddar cheese is rich and creamy, yet delicate to enjoy. The lower moisture, flaky cheese is known for its full-flavor and slight crystalline cracks. Made locally by Union Star in Fremont, WI.
