French chouquettes mean little bits of pastry. Our little bits of pastry are made with the same dough used for profiteroles, then filled with cream cheese and Roquefort cheese, chives, spices and walnuts. A perfect appetizer with one or two bites that will have you asking for more. Thaw and serve.
