Dry Cured Pancetta by Mastro is an entirely unique Artisanal item specific to the Mastro Line of Old Fashioned Italian Family meats. This premium quality Pancetta is made from first choice pork bellies (bacon). There is no other way to make such a classic work of art other than by hand. The bellies seasoned (Sweet or Hot) and are then hand rolled and tied. Each piece is cured for 60 days while being pressed flat for its unique Artisanal appeal and trademark shape.
