Nordic Creamery features handcrafted artisan cheese from locally raised cows and goats. Located in Vernon County, Nordic Creamery produces some of Wisconsin's finest cheese. The Bekkum-Langaard family is a 4th generation Wisconsin dairy family who has not only been involved in dairy farming but also in the cheese business. Al is also a licensed Wisconsin butter-maker and award winning cheesemaker. He has won blue ribbons at national cheese championships held annually by the American Cheese Society, the US Cheesemakers Association and the Wisconsin State Fair.
